Is Nurri Protein's New Strawberry Flavor Finally Dropping?

Nurri Protein Strawberry Flavor

Nurri Protein Shakes rolled out at Costco a few months back, initially in a Chocolate flavor and a few weeks after that in a Vanilla flavor. The drinks were not only well received but have quickly become one of the most popular protein drinks on the market.

If you're not familiar with Nurri, what's unique is it's not actually a protein shake like Premier Protein, Fair Life or other brands, its actually an Ultra Filtered Skim Milk which they refer to as a milk shake and it packs 30 grams of protein along with just 150 calories, 1 gram of sugar and 10 vitamins and minerals.

A few months back the Nurri website showcased a Chocolate flavor, Vanilla flavor, and a Strawberry flavor, though the Strawberry flavor was never available for sale at Costco or elsewhere and eventually was removed from their site.

Fans of the brand over recent months have commented on Nurri's Instagram account asking when Strawberry was coming and they'd say coming soon. Well Nurri has made two posts recently teasing the idea something new was coming. Two posts were made today one of a date of 07/18/2025 and another was a girl walking with a newspaper which said "It's Time For Change" stating something super fun was on the way.

Our guess is Nurri is going to be releasing their Nurri Strawberry Protein Drink on July 18th at Costco. If it's anything like the release of Vanilla it will likely roll out at select stores initially before rolling out to all Costco stores over the coming weeks. We'll keep you posted as we learn more.

David Protein Swaps Snack Time for Seafood Confusing Customers

David Protein Bar Cod

If you opened David Protein’s website today expecting to grab a box of its signature high‑protein bars, you probably did a double‑take. Nestled beside the chewy, ready‑to‑eat crowd‑pleasers sits a brand‑new item: a four‑pack of six‑ounce raw wild Pacific cod fillets. Yes, you read that right—frozen fish now shares shelf space with chocolate‑coated convenience.

From Bar Wrapper to Butcher Paper

David Protein has built its reputation on an “impossible macro” bar—low sugar, balanced fats, and a muscular 23 g of protein per serving. The cod fillets clock in with an almost identical stat line: 23 g protein, 1 g fat, zero carbs, and a tidy 100 calories. When you strip away flavorings and fiber blends, pure protein looks a lot like, well, fish. David seems eager to remind us of that fact.

A Marketing Curveball

Why lob frozen seafood at an audience shopping for grab‑and‑go snacks? Consider it a live‑action nutrition label. By dropping an unprocessed protein benchmark next to its flagship bar, David is inviting shoppers to compare numbers:

  • Raw Cod (6 oz) — 23 g protein, 1 g fat, 0 g carbs

  • David Protein Bar — 23 g protein, 6 g fat, 5 g net carbs

The underlying message: replicating the purity of a wild‑caught fillet inside a sweet, portable square is no small feat. In other words, the bar is as “real” as raw fish—only easier to carry.

Food for Thought (and Meal Prep)

Beyond the stunt factor, the launch nudges fitness‑minded consumers to diversify their protein sources. Toss the fillets in your cart and you suddenly have a nutrient‑dense dinner that matches your midday snack macros. For athletes who count every gram, that seamless transition from bar to plate could simplify diet planning.

Will Consumers Bite?

Selling raw meat on a functional food site is bound to spark debate:

  • Logistics: Frozen shipping costs more and complicates fulfillment.

  • Audience: Bar loyalists crave convenience; cooking cod requires time and tools.

  • Perception: Does adding a “whole food” elevate the brand’s credibility or dilute its identity?

David Protein is betting the curiosity—and the macro math—will outweigh the hurdles. Even if cod sales stay small, the buzz alone positions the brand as a purist in a crowded protein space.

Final Hook

Whether you see the cod drop as genius or head‑scratching, it underscores a truth the supplement aisle often forgets: nature set the gold standard for lean protein long before we could engineer it into brownie batter. David’s daring move asks a simple question—if you trust a bar to deliver your daily protein, why not trust the fish it is modeled after?

So the next time you restock your stash of David Protein Bars, you might also find yourself planning a garlic‑lemon cod dinner. Call it macro tracking in its most literal form.

Premier Protein Unveils New Whey Protein Plus Fiber Formula

Premier Protein Plus Fiber

Premier Protein continues to expand its product lineup with a new spin on its popular protein powder. The brand, widely known for its ready-to-drink shakes and protein snacks, is now introducing a version of its protein powder that includes added prebiotic fiber.

A Functional Twist on a Familiar Formula

The new product is called Premier Protein Powder Plus Fiber. It sticks with the same protein sources as the original version, using a blend of whey isolate and whey concentrate. Each serving delivers 25 grams of protein, 1.5 grams of fat, and 130 calories.

What makes this formula different is the added fiber content. Out of the 10 grams of total carbohydrates per serving, 7 grams are soluble fiber. This gives the powder an extra layer of functionality by supporting digestion and overall gut health in addition to muscle recovery and maintenance.

Simple, Effective, and Easy to Use

The idea is simple. You get all the benefits of a high-quality whey protein supplement, with the added bonus of prebiotic fiber. It is ideal for those looking to improve their nutrition beyond just hitting daily protein goals.

Premier Protein Powder Plus Fiber will be available in two classic flavors to start: Chocolate and Vanilla. Both will come in 697 gram tubs, offering around 17 servings per container. This puts it in line with the brand’s other powder products in terms of size and format.

Final Thoughts

With this new release, Premier Protein is combining performance and wellness in a single formula. Whether you are focused on fitness, general health, or just want to support digestion while getting your protein in, this new powder makes it easy. Keep an eye out for it on store shelves and online in the near future.

LevlUp Teases New Concept with Caffeinated Flavor Syrup

LVLUp Flavor Syrup

LevlUp, the gaming-focused supplement brand owned by Glanbia, is once again exploring new territory. Known for its creative product drops, seasonal flavors, and occasional format experiments, the brand may be gearing up for its most unique launch yet.

A Twist on Functional Flavoring

LevlUp recently previewed a new concept called LevlUp Sirup. Inspired by a popular format in Europe, this product would be a concentrated flavor syrup designed to be added to water, shakes, or even food. These types of syrups are often zero or low in calories, offering a convenient way to enhance flavor without the guilt.

The brand showcased the concept in its well-known Cactus Ice flavor, and hinted that the formula might include a dose of caffeine. That would turn it into a functional energy booster, combining taste and performance in a small, easy-to-use bottle.

Not Your Average Flavor Add-In

While flavor syrups are common in health-conscious circles, this would be the first time a gaming supplement company has taken on the format. Most concentrated syrups are caffeine-free and marketed for hydration or flavor variety. LevlUp could change the game by adding energy benefits to the mix.

As of now, LevlUp Sirup is still in the concept stage. There has been no official confirmation about a full release, but the early feedback from fans seems positive. If the demand continues, a limited drop could be on the way.

Final Thoughts

LevlUp continues to push boundaries in the gaming supplement space. The Sirup concept shows the brand is not afraid to experiment with new ideas, especially if they blend function and flavor. Whether it becomes a full product or a limited run, LevlUp Sirup has definitely caught the attention of its community.

Red Bull Fuji Apple Ginger Flavor Set to Arrive in the US This Winter

Redbull Fuji Apple Ginger

Red Bull fans in the US have something new to look forward to this winter. A fresh seasonal flavor, Fuji Apple Ginger, is set to launch after already gaining attention overseas. This new edition combines crisp apple with a light kick of ginger, delivering a bold and refreshing twist on the classic energy drink.

A New Look for Winter

The Winter Edition can also stands out with a brand new gradient design. Instead of the solid colors we have seen in previous seasonal releases, this one fades from a rich red-orange to a golden yellow. It is eye-catching and matches the warm and spiced vibe of the flavor itself.

Early Signs in the US

Though Red Bull has not made an official announcement just yet, early samples of the Fuji Apple Ginger flavor have already popped up in the United States. These cans come with full English labeling and are in the standard 8.4 ounce size. Based on the label, each can contains 27 grams of sugar, 110 calories, and 80 milligrams of caffeine.

This sample release is a strong sign that the flavor will be rolling out nationwide soon, likely as part of the upcoming winter campaign.

Final Thoughts

While Red Bull has kept the official launch under wraps for now, the arrival of labeled cans in the US all but confirms that Fuji Apple Ginger is on the way. With a unique flavor profile and standout design, it is shaping up to be one of the more exciting seasonal releases in recent memory.

Savage Line Labs Launches Freeze-Dried Himalayan Shilajit Capsules

Savageline Labs Shilajit

Savage Line Labs has added a new item to its supplement lineup, this time focused on one of the most talked-about natural adaptogens—Himalayan Shilajit. Known for producing high-quality, no-nonsense formulas, the brand has released a standalone product that puts premium-grade Shilajit front and center.

What Sets This Shilajit Apart

Each capsule contains 750 milligrams of freeze-dried Himalayan Shilajit, standardized to 70 percent fulvic acid. This standardization is a key feature, as fulvic acid plays a major role in nutrient absorption, cellular detox, and transporting essential minerals throughout the body. It is a major reason why this formula stands above many other shilajit supplements on the market.

Freeze-drying also helps preserve the potency of the ingredient, ensuring that users get the full benefits with every serving.

Clean and Focused Formula

This is a single-ingredient product, designed for easy stacking with other supplements. Whether you are focused on recovery, daily energy, or general wellness, the inclusion of this adaptogen fits right in. The formula supports hormone balance, recovery, vitality, and overall performance.

It also includes a potential testosterone-boosting benefit, making it a great addition for those who are already using strength or muscle-building products.

Available Now Across Canada

Savage Line Labs has strong retail distribution throughout Canada, and the new Shilajit supplement is already hitting shelves. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, with the suggested use being one to two capsules daily, depending on your needs.

With a clean formula, strong standardization, and a focus on purity, this is a premium option for anyone looking to add the benefits of Shilajit to their routine.

XXL Nutrition Launches Standalone Fenugreek Supplement

XXL Fenegreek

XXL Nutrition has added another simple but effective product to its lineup. This time, they are spotlighting a well-known testosterone-boosting ingredient with a dedicated Fenugreek capsule.

Just One Ingredient, All the Benefits

The new Fenugreek supplement from XXL Nutrition keeps things minimal. Each capsule delivers 500 milligrams of fenugreek extract, with 250 milligrams of that being active saponins. The bottle includes 60 capsules, enough for a two-month supply if taken once daily.

This single-ingredient approach makes it easy to stack Fenugreek with your current routine, whether you are focused on muscle growth, performance, or general wellness.

What Fenugreek Can Do for You

Fenugreek has gained popularity for its support of testosterone and hormone balance. Athletes often use it to help with strength, recovery, and lean muscle development. But its benefits go beyond just performance.

Adding Fenugreek to your stack may also support digestion, help regulate cholesterol levels, boost immune function, and improve circulation. All of this comes from a single daily capsule.

Affordable and Easy to Add to Any Stack

Like many of XXL Nutrition's other single-ingredient formulas, Fenugreek is both straightforward and affordable. You can pick up a bottle directly from the brand’s online store for 9.99 EUR, or about 11.67 USD. With its clean formula and versatility, it fits into almost any supplement plan without breaking the bank.

Psycho Pharma Drops Psycho Syrup Liquid Pump Preworkout for US Market

Psycho Pharma Purple Drank

Psycho Pharma is flipping the script on traditional pre-workouts. After causing a stir in Australia with their bold liquid formula Psycho Syrup, the brand has officially brought the madness to the US. And while it shares the same core concept, this American release has been retooled for a slightly different experience.

From Australia to the US: The Evolution of Psycho Syrup

The original Psycho Syrup dropped in Australia as a bulk liquid pump pre-workout. Instead of powder scoops, users got a big dose of performance-boosting ingredients in a ready-to-pour format. The Aussie version included 16 grams of glycerol, 4 grams of citrulline malate, 2 grams of agmatine sulfate, and 2 grams of betaine. The goal was simple: maximize hydration and muscle pumps.

Now that it's landed in the States, Psycho Pharma has tweaked the formula to better fit the local market and preferences.

What Changed in the US Version

The US edition of Psycho Syrup still revolves around high-volume pumps and a liquid delivery system, but the ingredient lineup has been adjusted:

  • Glycerol has been increased to 20 grams per serving for even greater hydration and fullness

  • Citrulline malate has been swapped out for 3 grams of pure citrulline to more directly support nitric oxide production

  • Agmatine has been slightly lowered to 1.5 grams

  • Betaine has been replaced with 1 gram of arginine to support blood flow through a different pathway

These changes are minor but intentional. You are still getting a product that will drive massive pumps, just with a slightly different mechanism.

New Flavors and Stackability

Another difference in the US launch is the flavor lineup. Instead of the Australian-exclusive Veinorade, American customers can now choose:

  • Purple Drank, a bold and fun flavor that matches the brand's vibe

  • Unflavored, perfect for stacking with your favorite stim-based pre-workout

Both versions are now available at PsychoPharma.com.

Final Thoughts

Psycho Syrup is not your average pre-workout. It is designed for serious pump chasers and anyone looking for a stim-free product that delivers on performance. The updated formula for the US keeps everything exciting, with more glycerol and a new mix of supporting ingredients to help you get the most out of your training.

The formula may be different, but the results will still be insane.

Spacemilk Upgrades Its Protein Powder With Better Flavor and Cleaner Nutrition

Space Milk

Spacemilk has never been your average protein powder. Built around an innovative fermented baker's yeast protein called ProteVin, it has carved out a unique place in the supplement world. No whey, no peas, no rice. Just a complete amino acid profile from a highly digestible, vegan-friendly source.

Now, the brand has rolled out a revamped version of its protein powder, and the updates are worth paying attention to.

First up are the new flavors. The original Chocolate and Vanilla have been replaced with Chocolate Mousse and Vanilla Shake, both designed to deliver a more dessert-style taste while still keeping things clean. There is no added sugar, and the calorie count is lower than before. These flavors are smoother, richer, and made to be more enjoyable without sacrificing the core nutrition.

Each 31 gram serving still gives you 20 grams of protein, including nearly 15 grams of essential amino acids and over 6.5 grams of BCAAs. That means you are getting all the building blocks your body needs to support muscle recovery and growth.

The formula has also been improved in terms of texture. Spacemilk now uses a new soluble fiber blend that creates a smoother mix, all without using gums, sugar alcohols, or maltodextrin.

Even the Unflavored version got an update. It still delivers the same 20 grams of ProteVin protein per scoop, but with slightly lower fat content, the total calories have dropped to just 100 per serving. This is a great option for anyone who wants to mix their protein into recipes or stack it with other ingredients without altering the taste.

All three versions of the improved Spacemilk Protein Powder are available now through the brand's official site, and the best part is the price has not changed. You still get a 44.99 bag packed with quality protein and upgraded flavor and texture.

If you are looking for a clean, complete, and truly different protein option, this new version of Spacemilk might be your next go to.

Monster Ultra Reveals Wild Passion Flavor Coming Later This Year

Monster Wild Passion New Flavor

Monster is no stranger to bold flavors, and its Ultra line has built a loyal following by mixing clean energy with zero sugar and consistently great taste. Now, the brand is getting ready to add something new to the mix, and it is not your everyday fruit flavor.

The next addition to the Monster Ultra lineup has been confirmed as Wild Passion, a passion fruit inspired energy drink set to launch later this year.

Passion fruit is not a flavor you see often in energy drinks, which makes this one especially interesting. Known for its sweet and slightly tart profile, passion fruit has the kind of tropical punch that fits right in with hits like Ultra Gold and Fiesta Mango.

Monster has a solid track record of turning rare flavor concepts into fan favorites. With past successes like Peachy Keen and Fiesta Mango, there is every reason to believe Wild Passion will follow that same path.

Like the rest of the Ultra family, Wild Passion is expected to come in at zero sugar and low calories while still delivering that smooth Monster energy blend fans love. The formula has always been a go to for those who want energy without the crash or sugar overload.

While no official release date has been announced, early signs point to a launch later this year, possibly around October. If you are into fruity, tropical flavors or just want to try something new from one of the best in the game, Wild Passion is one to watch.

Bloom Adds Crisp Apple Flavor to Its Growing Sparkling Energy Line

Bloom Crisp Apple

Bloom has been making waves in the energy drink world with a formula that blends clean ingredients, natural energy, and wellness support. Their Sparkling Energy Drink launched strong with bold flavors and a functional profile that stands out in a crowded category.

Now, Bloom is getting ready to roll out its newest flavor: Crisp Apple.

This upcoming addition brings a sharp, refreshing apple taste with just the right amount of sweetness. It joins an already popular lineup that includes Raspberry Lemon, Peach Mango, Strawberry Watermelon, Cherry Lime, and Juicy Orange.

Like the rest of the Sparkling Energy line, Crisp Apple keeps things clean. Each can delivers 180 milligrams of natural caffeine sourced from green coffee beans, giving you a smooth boost without the crash. It also includes Oligonol and Sunfiber to support digestion and overall wellness, with only 10 calories per can and zero sugar.

Whether you are grabbing it to start your day, power through a workout, or just stay sharp during that afternoon slump, Bloom’s Sparkling Energy Drink offers more than just flavor. It is built for real energy and better gut health.

Crisp Apple has been revealed as the next drop, and while it is not available just yet, it should be hitting shelves soon. Keep an eye out if you are looking for a clean energy drink with a crisp new twist.

NutraBio Adds NMN to Its Wellness Lineup in Both Pill and Powder Form

NutraBio NMN

NutraBio has been making steady moves this year, expanding beyond sports nutrition and into the growing world of wellness. Their newest release is simple but powerful. It is a standalone NMN supplement that offers a clean and direct way to support energy, focus, and healthy aging.

Each serving delivers 500 milligrams of pure beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide, better known as NMN. This ingredient has been gaining attention for its role in boosting NAD plus levels, which are important for energy metabolism, mitochondrial health, DNA repair, and even brain function. It is a one-ingredient formula with wide-reaching benefits, and NutraBio kept it clean with no fillers or unnecessary extras.

What makes this launch even better is that you get to choose your format. NutraBio is offering NMN in two versions. You can go with capsules, which give you 60 servings for 44.99, or opt for the unflavored powder, which doubles the servings to 120 for just 10 dollars more at 54.99.

Whether you prefer the convenience of a capsule or the flexibility of adding powder to your daily stack, both options give you a solid dose of a high quality ingredient at a competitive price point.

This is a smart move for anyone looking to support long-term health, improve cellular energy, or simply stay sharp as the years go by. If you have been curious about NMN and want to try it from a brand known for transparency and quality, NutraBio just made that decision easy.

FitCrunch Delights Protein Bars Just Got Three New Flavors and They Sound Incredible

Robert Irvine FitCrunch Delights

When FitCrunch first dropped the Delights Protein Bar, it came in just one flavor. Pumpkin Spice Muffin. Delicious, yes. But kind of specific. Especially if you are not the type to ride the pumpkin spice wave all year long.

That changes now.

FitCrunch has just added three brand new flavors to the Delights line, giving this snack the variety it definitely needed. You can now choose from Strawberry Muffin, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, and Cinnamon Roll. Each one brings a different vibe, whether you are into fruity, chocolatey, or warm and sweet.

The Delights bar itself is a little different from the original FitCrunch protein bars. It has a soft, doughy center, a rich layer of flavor underneath, and decorative squiggles across the top. It is more of a dessert-style snack, but with some solid macros to back it up.

Each bar comes in around 12 to 13 grams of protein, 150 calories, and just one gram or less of sugar. Carbs land in the 13 to 14 gram range, and you are looking at 6 grams of fat per bar. It is a more casual protein snack compared to the larger original FitCrunch bars, but it hits the spot when you want something light, sweet, and satisfying.

If you liked the idea of the Pumpkin Spice Muffin bar but wanted more variety, this is your chance. All three new flavors are available now on Amazon in boxes of eight for 16.99.

Whether you toss one in your bag for later or crush it after a workout, Delights is now living up to its name with flavors for every craving.

At 27.95, it is priced to compete. And with Apollon's reputation for quality and label transparency, you know exactly what you are getting. This is for the people who want to stick to the basics and still buy from a brand they trust.

Flavored versions are coming soon, but for now, the Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is launching unflavored. Whether you mix it with your pre, post, or just slam it in some juice, it is clean and easy to use.

Nutrex Just Dropped a Gummy Worms Liquid Carnitine and It Slaps

Nutrex L-Carnitine Sour Gummy

If you told me my fat-burning supplement would one day taste like sour gummy worms, I would have laughed and reached for something chalky and boring. But Nutrex just flipped the script on liquid carnitine.

Their newest flavor of L-Carnitine 3000 is Sour Gummy Worms. Yes, really.

For anyone who has ever choked down bitter carnitine shots in the name of metabolism support, this is a game-changer. The flavor is straight out of the candy aisle. It is tangy, sweet, and has that familiar sour candy punch without the sugar overload. Basically, it tastes nothing like a supplement and everything like a treat.

Nutrex has already built a solid lineup of flavors in their L-Carnitine 3000 series. We are talking hits like Orange Mango, Passionfruit Guava, Lunar Pop, Berry Blast, and Strawberry Watermelon. But this one stands out. Sour Gummy Worms is the first candy-inspired flavor in the bunch, and it delivers big on both taste and nostalgia.

Of course, the real reason you are taking this is for the 3000 milligrams of L-Carnitine per serving. That is the same dose as always, known for supporting fat metabolism, energy production, and weight loss when paired with training and proper nutrition. You are getting all the function, but now with a flavor that actually makes you look forward to your daily dose.

The new Sour Gummy Worms flavor is available now at Nutrex.com for 29.99 a bottle. It is a fun, flavorful twist on a reliable supplement staple, and honestly, it might be their best flavor yet.

If you are someone who wants results without suffering through another boring supplement routine, this is your sign. Grab the gummy worm bottle and enjoy your carnitine like it is candy. Because now, it kind of is.

We Tried Shroom Bar, The Mushroom Infused Protein Bar

Shroom Bar Protein Bar

I never expected a mushroom protein bar to end up being one of the best snacks I have tried all year. But here we are.

I picked up a Shroom Bar out of curiosity more than anything. I was tired of the usual gas station protein bars that are dry, chalky, and somehow both chewy and hard at the same time. I figured this would be more of the same. Just another bar pretending to be healthy and tasty while secretly being neither.

I was wrong.

The first thing I noticed was the flavor. It reminded me of the old Dream Bars from Chicago that used to be popular a few years back. Rich, creamy, and full of texture. You can taste the peanut butter base right away and it is smooth without being overly sweet. Chunks of almonds, cashews, and sunflower seeds give it that perfect crunch that keeps every bite interesting. No weird protein taste. No bitter aftertaste from the monk fruit or stevia. It actually tastes good. Like something you would eat even if it did not have any health benefits.

But this is not just about taste.

Shroom Bar is packed with adaptogenic mushrooms. Each bar contains Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, and Turkey Tail. These are not random ingredients thrown in for marketing. They all do something.

Lion's Mane helps support focus and mental clarity. After a few days of eating these, I found myself a little more dialed in during the afternoon slump. Cordyceps provides clean energy. Not the shaky kind you get from energy drinks but a smooth boost that keeps you going. Reishi supports stress management. I felt more even throughout the day. Turkey Tail helps with gut health which is one of those things you only notice when it starts working right.

What I appreciate most is that this bar fits into real life. You do not need a blender or a shaker bottle. No powders or capsules. No strange flavors or textures to get used to. Just a good tasting bar made with ingredients that actually do something.

Shroom Bar has become a daily go to for me. I keep one in my desk, one in my gym bag, and usually grab one before long drives. It works. It tastes good. And it makes me feel better during the day.

If you are looking for a snack that actually lives up to its label and delivers on both taste and function, Shroom Bar is worth trying. It is one of the few products that made me stop and say, this is how it should be done.

Pump Sauce Lean Sauce Review: Liquid Fat Burner with Flavor and Function

Pump Sauce New Lean Sauce

Pump Sauce is a newer supplement brand that made a big first impression with its debut product, Pump Sauce. This was a liquid, stim-free pre workout designed to deliver muscle pumps without caffeine. It quickly gained a loyal following thanks to its unique format and solid performance.

Now, the brand is expanding with its second release — Lean Sauce, a liquid fat burner that focuses on energy, metabolism, and performance.

What is Lean Sauce

Lean Sauce is built around L-Carnitine, a well-known ingredient that supports fat metabolism by helping the body transport fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned as energy. This can lead to better endurance, improved energy, and support for fat loss. Because Lean Sauce is also stimulant free, it can be taken at any time, whether you are heading to the gym or just need a clean energy boost during the day.

What People Are Saying About the Effects?

Early feedback has been very positive. Users mention steady, feel-good energy without the crash or jitters that often come with stimulant-based products. Some have noticed visible changes in their waistline, especially in the lower belly area, and report improved focus and motivation in the gym.

The effects of Lean Sauce have been solid for me, both on training days and when I take it on its own. Before workouts, it gives me a clean boost of energy without any jitters, and I definitely feel more focused and ready to move. It also helps get me sweating a little quicker once I start training. On non-training days, I still like taking a serving in the morning or early afternoon—it gives me a nice lift in energy and mood, almost like a light reset without needing any stimulants. It keeps me feeling sharp and a little more dialed in, whether I’m running errands, working, or just trying to stay active.

What People Are Saying About the Taste?

Lean Sauce tastes surprisingly good, especially for a carnitine-based supplement. The flavors really come through, and while it does have that slight sour kick like most liquid carnitine products, it actually adds to the overall flavor and makes it more enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to taking a shot of it before the gym—it almost feels like part of the ritual. On days when I am using a preworkout, I will just mix it right in and it blends perfectly without throwing off the taste.

Where to Buy Lean Sauce?

If you're looking to try the All New Lean Sauce, or Pump Sauce if you haven't tried it already visit PumpSauce.Com and use coupon code "THESUPPPLUGG" for 10% OFF your purchase.

Final Thoughts

Lean Sauce is a strong follow-up for Pump Sauce. It takes the benefits of L-Carnitine and packages them into a convenient liquid formula that tastes great and fits easily into your routine. With no stimulants, no crash, and no complicated directions, it is a smart pick for anyone looking to burn fat and feel more energized.

Pump Sauce started strong with their original pump formula, and Lean Sauce proves they are not a one hit wonder. This brand is definitely one to watch.

Zhou Nutrition Launches First-Ever Shilajit Gummies

ZHOU Shilajit Gummies

Zhou Nutrition, the well-known wellness brand spun off from Solaray, is stepping up again with another smart addition to its gummy supplement lineup. Already recognized for their popular creatine and hydration gummies, Zhou is now entering new territory with a product you do not see every day — shilajit in gummy form.

Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin traditionally found in the Himalayas and long used in Ayurvedic practices. While it is growing in popularity, most options still come in pills or powders, and very few trusted brands offer it in a more convenient gummy format. That makes this launch from Zhou one of the first of its kind.

Each serving of Zhou Shilajit Gummies delivers 250 milligrams of PrimaVie shilajit, a premium and clinically studied form of the ingredient known for supporting natural energy, cellular function, and overall vitality. There are 20 servings per bag, with three gummies making up a single dose.

The gummies are naturally flavored with cherry and vanilla and follow Zhou’s reputation for great taste and texture. Each serving contains 10 grams of sugar from 12 grams of total carbs, which is standard for this type of supplement.

Available now for 44.99 on the brand’s website, Zhou’s Shilajit Gummies are a modern and enjoyable way to experience one of the most talked-about adaptogens in wellness today. If you have been curious about shilajit but not a fan of capsules or powders, this could be the perfect place to start.

Pump Sauce Drops "Lean Sauce" – A Liquid Carnitine Twist with Flavor and Function

Pump Sauce Lean Sauce

Pump Sauce is back with its second supplement and this time the focus is on fat loss. Lean Sauce is a stimulant free liquid carnitine formula made to support metabolism and weight management while delivering bold flavor and easy stackability.

Liquid carnitine is a familiar format in sports nutrition but Lean Sauce stands out by sticking to what Pump Sauce does best. It delivers a high quality formula in liquid form with a clean label and solid dose. Each serving contains 3.5 grams of L-Carnitine to help support fat metabolism and energy production without any added stimulants.

Where Lean Sauce really shines is in the flavor. It launches in two options Passion Berry for a fruity tropical twist and Gummy Sharks for a sweet candy inspired experience. Both are sugar free making them a clean choice for any supplement routine.

Because it is stimulant free Lean Sauce can be used any time of day or stacked with other products. That includes your favorite pre workout a high energy fat burner or the original Pump Sauce to add a fat loss boost to your pump focused workouts.

Lean Sauce is available now through the Pump Sauce TikTok Shop and it looks like the brand is just getting started with building a full lineup of effective and flavorful liquid supplements.
