Well Australian supplement brand Switch Nutrition is getting in on the action dropping their very own Essential Series which will include 7 supplements or 7 ingredients. 

Switch Nutrition's Essentials Line will include Carnitine, Creatine, Citrulline, Glutamine, Beta Alanine, Carbs, and lastly an MCT Oil. This all new line will be dropping on the Switch Nutrition online web shop where each of these supplements will go for $39.95 and all will be unflavored. 

Australian Supplement Maker Switch Nutrition Launches Estro Switch, an All New Female Hormone Balance Supplement

The Australian supplement brand Switch Nutrition has just announced an all new hormone balance supplement for women called Estro Switch. While this category of supplements is definitely an under served category of the supplement industry, the few supplements out there such as Alani Nu Balance and Blackstone Labs Harmonize have become incredibly popular among the female demographic, so it's exciting to see another option in this category.


Estro Switch aims to support energy, immune health, thyroid function, and of course hair, skin, and nails, those are the typical benefits of a supplement in this category. The all new product a Vegan Friendly Plant Based Protein Powder which is powered by sprouted pumpkin and watermelon seeds as the source of the protein. Switch Nutrition tells us that these high quality protein sources give their all new protein powder a super smooth texture instead of the grittiness or pastiness that plant based proteins often have.

This all new plant based protein powder option from Switch is set to debut in just a couple weeks.
