Swole AF Drops a Crystalized Egg White Protein Powder

Supplement brand Swole AF, the maker of the infamous high stimulant preworkouts Escobar and El Chapo has just dropped an all new Crystalized Egg Whites supplement. Years back egg white supplements or crystalized egg whites were all the rage with Rich Pianna's 5% Nutrition having their old crystalized egg whites which not only had a cult following, but were considered by most to be one of if not the best tasting proteins of all time. 5% actually recently re-released that product, however unfortunately unlike the previous flavored version, this time it's unflavored. Egg Whites are a popular protein source due to them being a high quality source of protein without a lot of calories, and the fact that they are low in saturated fat and can be taken by those who can't digest lactose or dairy.

Swole AF's new Crystalized Egg Whites are at least for now unflavored, they pack 20 grams of lean protein wiht just 90 calories and a single gram of carbs with the only ingredient being crystalized egg whites. In terms of how to use Swole AF's Crystalized Egg whites you could drink them unflavored with water or milk, could mix them in your morning smoothie, or if you're looking for a hefty dose of protein you could even mix them with your current whey protein powder, double your protein intake and only add 90 calories to the shake.

Swole AF Crystalized Egg Whites are now available for sale on the brands site where you can pickup a 20 serving tub of unflavored Cystalized Egg Whites for just $49.99 per tub.

Naughty Boy Teases It's New Mystery Product Which is a Multivitamin Pack

The UK Supplement Brand Naughty Boy, which has slowly begun being carried by more and more USA Retailers has just announced an all new Multivitamin Pack for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. For those not familiar with vitamin packs, longtime brand Universal Nutrition is probably best known for their Animal Pak multivitamin for bodybuilders which comes in individual packets and which is geared towards bodybuilders, powerlifters and athletes.

Naughty Boy is still keeping the details under wraps and just teased out the mystery image you see above, at this time we don't know what the packaging is going to look like, what the ingredients are going to be, or even the name of the product. We do however know this is going to be a multivitamin pack for athletes with all the pills coming in individual packs, again similar to Universal's Animal Pak or Magnum Nutrition's Performance Packs. We'll bring you more info as we learn more about this upcoming Multivitamin Pack from Naughty Boy.

GOLI Gummies Rolls Out a New Dreamy Sleep Gummy

While Gummy Vitamins and Supplements have been around for a number of years, GOLI has really popularized this category of supplements with their GOLI Gummies Line which began with GOLI Ashwagandha and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Gummies, but which has quickly expanded into GOLI Greens and GOLI Superfruits as well as a line of chocolate supplements for relaxation, sleep and a variety of other needs.

Well GOLI has just rolled out another all new gummy supplement, this time one called GOLI Dreamy Sleep Gummies which feature Vitamins and Minerals like Magnesium along with Lemon Balm Extract, and an Herbal Blend consisting of Tart Cherry Powder, Chamomile Extract, Passionflower and of course Melatonin.

These all new gummies aim to help you fall asleep faster, stay alseep longer, and wake up rested and refreshed. These all new GOLI Dreamy Sleep Gummies are now available on the GOLI website where you can grab yourself a 60 Gummy Bottle for just $15.20 each.

Chris Bumstead's Thavage Preworkout Gets a New RTD Version

If you're into Fitness, Working Out, Bodybuilding or Supplementation then you no doubt know who Chris Bumstead is. Chris Bumstead has been the spokesman or partnered with the RAW Nutrition brand for quite sometime, however within the last year or so Chris has rolled out his own CBum line, as part of the RAW Nutrition line. It started with the Thavage Preworkout and the CBum Protein, although that was later rebranded as Itholate, again picking fun at CBum's lisp. The CBum line of supplements have become hugely popular with retailers struggling to keep them in stock.

Well today we've learned about an all new RTD Version of CBum's Thavage Preworkout, and many online are saying it's the best, and most well dosed RTD Preworkout on the market.

You can checkout the full supplement panel above. Thavage RTD Preworkout has a moderate amount of caffeine with 260mg of Caffeine Anhydrous as well as 64mg of DiCaffeine Malate which yields 45mg of Caffeine so it's got some energy but isn't over the top stims. It looks to have a pretty sick pump with 6000mg of L-Citrulline as well as 2500mg of Betaine and another 1000mg of Agmatine. They've added some L-Theanine which should mellow out the caffeine and also Bitter Orange which acts as a stimulant and also a weight loss agent. Overall this looks to be a pretty solid, well rounded and well dosed preworkout and we can't wait to give it a try.

Thus far there's not much information out ther eabout the C-Bum Thavage RTD Preworkout, though we do know it's going to sell in 12 cases and will initially be available in three flavors including Blue Raspberry, Green Gummy, and Berry Blast. We'll bring you more info when we learn more about this product, the price point, and where you can buy a case.

Universal Nutrition's All New Creatine Chew Gummies

The OG Supplement Brand Universal Nutrition has just put out an all new creatine supplement called Universal Creatine Chews. In recent years Universal hasn't been rolling out many products out under the Universal branding and has opted to put most of their new releases out under the Animal brand, however these all new Creatine Chews are being rolled out by Universal Nutrition.

What makes Creatine Chews unique is rather than just being another creatine powder, capsule, or tablet these are actually creatine gummies, however this wasn't just done for taste, Creatine Chews combine creatine with a special carbohydrate to increase creatine uptake in the body. And while oftentimes gummies offer lower dosages than powder or capsule alternatives, a serving of 4 Creatine Chews actually contains a full 5 gram serving of Creatine Monohydrate.

These all new Creatine Chews are now available over at UniversalUSA.Com where fans of the brand can grab a tub of 144 chews in either a Grape or Orange flavor for just $30.95.

Magnum Supps Quattro Protein Gets a New "Shake Series"

Magnum Supps, maker of the popular Quattro Protein Powder earlier this week began teasing some changes coming to the Magnum Quattro Protein Powder, however at the time they just leaked an image of blank tubs and teased the changes. Well we learned late last night that Magnum is rolling out an All New "Shake Series" of their Quattro Protein which will be enhanced with milk protein isolate and will feature a rich frothy consistency and a milkshake like texture and experience.

Magnum like most protein blends already has a thicker consistency and milkshake like consistency so we're excited to see what they have in store for us with this new Magnum Quattro Shake Series. Like the regular Quattro it will feature 30 grams of protein, 4 pure protein isolates, time releasing absorption and no lactose, gas or bloating. While they haven't announced all the flavors rolling out, we know we'll at least be getting a chocolate and vanilla milkshake flavor. This one will initially be dropping on the brands own website and soon there after will be rolling out to their brick and mortar and online retail partners.

Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Ecdisten, An All New Ecdysterone Supplement

One of the hottest ingredients or categories in the supplement space here over the past year or so has been Ecdysteroids, and in particular Turkesterone which is classified as an Ecdysteroid. While pretty much every mainstream sports nutrition brand has been rolling out their very own Turkesterone supplement, one such brand was Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals who rolled out their very own Turkesterone 650. Well we've recently learned about another new Ecdysteroid supplement coming out from Hi-Tech Pharma, the all new product is called Dcdisten and it features 250mg to 500mg, depending upon dosage, of Beta Ecdysterone to help support optimal levels of male hormones, to support muscle growth and muscle recovery, and to increase protein synthesis and strength.

Images have begun surfacing of the label on which Hi-Tech states "Ecdisten is a naturally occuring compound found in plants and insects which has recently become popular as a supplement for supporting optimal levels of male hormones and post-resistance training recovery. Beta Ecdysterone has a fairly extensive research that has been published and so far shows exceptional benefits. One study on Beta Ecdysterone found a 20% increase in protein synthesis via stimulation of the PI3K Pathway. It is actually a powerful compound for converting protein and increasing protein synthesis in the body, which is the key to building more muscle mass and increasing overall strength. Another study found that after 10 weeks of Beta Ecdysterone use combined with resistance training participants gained nearly 2kg in lean muscle mass. Ecdisten is a cutting edge anabolic and anti-proteolyptic compound which helps keep your body in a state of anabolism instead of catagbolism."

Hi-Tech's all new Ecdisten will come in a 60 tablet bottle, and depending upon your dosage, that bottle will last you anywhere from 30-60 days. In terms of what to stack with it, Hi-Tech Ecdisten would stack great with Hi-Tech Turkesterone 650 for the ultimate muscle building and cutting stack. Currently this product doesn't appear to be available either on the Hi-Tech website nor any retailers websites, however we'll bring you additional information when we learn more.

REPP Sports Spin-Off Brand RAZE Gets an All New Non-Stim Fat Burner RAZE Heat

The longtime brand REPP Sports about a year and a half ago rolled out their RAZE Energy Drink. While RAZE initially was just an energy drink under the REPP Sports brand line-up it quickly became hugely popular and REPP Sports seemed to create a spin-off brand called RAZE Energy which had it's own social media profiles, own website, and their own unique branding. While RAZE began with just energy drinks they quickly rolled out a RAZE Powdered Preworkout and a functional food called RAZE Cakes. We had a feeling REPP Sports may retire the REPP Sports brand and transition it to RAZE seeing the popularity of the RAZE brand and the fresher branding and logos and such.

While nothing has been officially announced we did recently learn that RAZE appears to be turning into a full fledged sports nutrition brand with the addition of RAZE Mass Caps a muscle building supplement and more recently we learned that REPP Sports most popular supplement Broken Arrow was being shifted to the RAZE brand from REPP Sports. Well today we learned that RAZE has another supplement on the way, this time a non-stimulant  fat burner called RAZE Heat which the brand teased out via an Instagram post today.

While we don't yet know too much about this all new RAZE Heat we do know it's going to be a non-stimulant fat burner and that it will initially roll out in at least two flavors, both flavors borrowed from their popular RAZE Energy Drinks, those flavors include Sour Rainbow and Baja Lime, and while we can't see the flavor on the third tub featured in their marketing image, it does appear the all new RAZE Heat will also be rolling out in a third flavor which is yet to be announced. We'll keep you posted and bring you more info as we learn more about these new RAZE supplements.

5% Nutrition Announces an All New Test Booster Called 5% Nutrition Test

Rich Pianna's Legacy Brand 5% Nutrition has just announced an all new testosterone boosting supplement called 5% Test. 5% Nutrition took to Instagram this morning to post an image of a bottle which says 5% Test Test Booster and Coming Soon at the top. In the post they talked about how fans of the brand had been asking for a test booster and they delivered with something that will blow every other test booster on the market out of the water. In the post they told users to swipe right to see the formula, however there was no ability to swipe right so it appears they forgot to post their second carousel image on Instagram showing the supplement facts label. Users pointed this out and we're guessing they'll be making another post later today revealing the full formula.

What we do know is that the product is called 5% Nutrition Test and is a test boosting supplement that comes in a 120 capsule bottle. Most test boosters tend to be a month long supply so were guessing the serving size is going to be 4 capsules per serving. While we don't know the ingredients, we have seen a lot of test boosters hitting the market lately featuring the one two punch of Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis so we wouldn't be surprised to see those ingredients along with probably some Vitamin D, Zinc, and maybe some Fenegreek or Tribulus, but for now that's all we know. We'll follow up with another post once we learn more about this all new 5% Nutrition Test.

Hi-Tech's Lipodrene DMHA Fat Burner Once Again Available for Purchase

In recent months we've discussed a number of shortages and supply chain issues hitting the supplement space from Energy Drink makers not having cans to produce their drinks, to other brands having to change the color of their bottles and bottle tops to shortages of ingredients like Protein, as well as most notably DMHA and Creatine. The DMHA shortage has left many sports nutrition brands who make DMHA powered Fat Burners and Preworkouts unable to produce their top sellers. This in turn frustrated buyers as well. Not sure what you're "fix" is, but imagine if you weren't able to get your morning coffee or your pack of smokes, Lipodrene is something many users take religiously and oftentimes in place of their morning coffee.

In recent weeks we've seen the supply of Fat Burners like Lipodrene loosen up a bit with retailers like Suppz, Same Day Supplements, and others briefly have stock of Lipodrene. Well today we noticed that both Best Price Nutrition as well as another retailers My Supplement Store were advertising they have Lipodrene back in stock, however the emails we received within the past few hours announced they only had 250 bottles and that there was a two bottle per customer limit. If you're someone who's been anxiously awaiting the return of Lipodrene you'll be excited to hear that Lipodrene is back in stock at both these retailers for $44.95 per bottle. We also just wanted to note that Lipodrene is now avaiable in 90 capsule bottles as opposed to the 100 capsule bottles they were previously sold in.

RAZE Energy Announces a New Lemon Italian Ice Flavor

REPP Sports spin-off brand RAZE Energy is quickly becoming one of the hottest new supplement brands on the market. What began as the RAZE Energy Drinks has quickly expanded into other functional foods and sports nutrition supplements like RAZE Cakes, RAZE Pre-Workout, and most recently RAZE Creatine. RAZE Energy Drinks are one of the hottest new energy drinks on the market and they continue putting out new and exciting flavors on a regular basis, the newest being a Lemon Italian Ice flavored RAZE which was just announced.

Like the rest of the line-up RAZE's New Lemon Italian Ice will feature 300mg of caffeine with no sugar, no carbs, and no calories. This all new RAZE Lemon Italian Ice flavor will be dropping sometime next month and will come in a 12 case for just $29.99 over at the RAZE Energy website.

Performax Labs Teases Phytoactiv Max an All New Greens and Superfood Wellness Formula

The Hardcore Brand Performax Labs, best known for their HyperMax Extreme Preworkout has just announced they're getting into the greens category of supplements with an all new offering called Performax Labs Phytoactiv Max. The greens category is a popular and growing one with traditional sports nutrition brands now entering this growing and competitive category.

Greens supplements have come a long way in the past two years, what used to taste like dirt and fresh cut grass now tastes fruity and delicious with supplements like Glaxon Super Greens and MyoBlox Martian among others.

Performax first teased out a "new supplement" on Instagram last week just showing a blank tub. Today they released an image of the tub, though they still have not told us about any ingredients, released the formula, or told us about any of the flavor options. What we do know is Performax Phytoactiv Max will be a wellness and performance greens supplement and it will come in a 30 serving tub. Just from the advertising image we're guessing the flavor is going to be an ice tea or some type of fruit ice tea just guessing from the teaser image, but that's about all we know at this time. We'll let you guys know more about the formula and more about this new Performax Labs Greens Supplement as we learn more.

Glaxon Super Greens Dragon Fruit Flavor Now Available

The 2021 Supplement Brand of the Year Glaxon has just dropped an all new Dragon Fruit flavored Super Greens! Greens are a supplement that we all know is good for us, but that in the past has always tasted, well terrible. Glaxon changed all that with their Glaxon Super Greens. Glaxon Super Greens is by far the best tasting greens supplement we've ever taken and features a 1000mg Green Balance Blend, a 1000mg Supershroom Organic Mushroom Blend, and a 500mg Betta Berries Blend along with Watermelon Powder, Tart Cherry, Sunflower Lecithin, and Ashwagandha.

Glaxon initially rolled out in four flavors including Dinosaur Fruit which is a Plumb and Nectarine flavor, Orchard Ice Tea, Burstberry Ice Tea, and Lemon Iced Tea. More recently the brand put out a Limited Edition Blueberry Acai Immune Enhancement addition, though a few months back Glaxon had teased out a Dragon Fruit flavor which fans of the brand and this product have been eagerly awaiting for months.

Well, the All New Dragon Fruit flavored Super Greens has finally begun rolling out, it just dropped on the Glaxon website where fans of Super Greens can grab themselves a 30 serving tub of the new Dragon Fruit flavor for just $49.99.

EAS MyoPlex High Protein Shake is Back

Those of you who've been into working out, fitness and supplements for a while may remember EAS MyoPlex Protein Powder, back in the day it was one of the hottest protein shakes on the market and was hugely popular in the fitness community and in the world of supplementation.

While EAS seemingly went away for a while, in the past year or so the brand was purchased by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals and they've begun re-introducing the EAS brand, so far they've rolled out EAS HMB, EAS Glutamine, and most recently they've brought back EAS MyoPlex. Now back in the day MyoPlex was available in RTD or ready to drink protein shakes, bulk tubs of the powder and also these individually packaged packets. This time around, at least initially, Hi-Tech has brought back the EAS MyoPlex Protein Packets under the EAS Brand.

For those who don't remember or weren't around during this period EAS was a high protein protein powder, but was also advertised as a meal replacement as well. So as far as this re-release of EAS MyoPlex under Hi-Tech, images have begun to surface online, though nobody has posted the macros and supplement facts, though assuming they'll be using the old formula which it appears they are based on the protein, bcaas and vitamins and minerals advertised on the packaging, it appears as though MyoPlex will feature 300 calories, 6 grams of fat, 22 grams of carbs, 1 gram of sugar, and 42 grams of protein per serving along with 8.9 grams of BCAAs and 23 vitamins and minerals.

This re-release of MyoPlex will have it available in a box which will contain 20 individual packets of protein powder in the flavors of chocolate and vanilla. EAS no longer appears to have a website, however we have found the product online for $69.95 for a 20 count of the MyoPlex shake packs.

All New RAZE Creatine Monohydrate Supplement Now Available from REPP Sports Spin-Off RAZE

RAZE a spin-off of the longtime supplement brand REPP Sports has just dropped an all new RAZE Creatine Monohydrate supplement, and the timing couldn't be better seeing as how we're in the midst of a huge creatine shortage and creatine is getting not only more expensive, but tougher to get your hands on, so having one more option is a good thing.

One other interesting thing about the RAZE Brand, obviously RAZE is a spin-off of REPP Sports and is the name of the brands RAZE Energy Drink, RAZE Followed that up with a functional food protein powder as well as the RAZE Pre-Workout. It seems as if RAZE is becoming it's own brand and who knows I wouldn't be shocked to see the REPP Sports brand retired and rolled into the RAZE brand as it seems to have more modern branding, has a fresher brand image, and seems to be very well received by the fitness community.

Anyhow, RAZE has dropped their all new RAZE Creatine Monohydrate supplement which is a 100% Creatine Monohydrate supplement with no fillers, it comes in a 300 gram tub and provides users with 60 servings per tub. This all new RAZE Creatine appears to be brand new as it's not even on the RAZE website yet, nor have we seen any mentions of it on social media, however we have seen images surfacing online and we managed to find it over at Best Price Nutrition where you can grab yourself a 60 serving tub of RAZE Creatine Monohydrate for just $34.99 per tub, they're also running a special where if you buy 2 you save an additional 5% off and if you buy 3 you save an additional 10% OFF. You can also use the code "SUPPPLUGG10" to save an additional 10% OFF your purchase.

eFlow Nutrition Drops a New 500mg Turkesterone Supplement

eFlow Nutrition is a supplement brand who's aim is to bring high quality affordable supplements to users to help them increase their performance and results in the gym and their endeavors. eFlow Nutrition makes supplements in most of the traditional sports nutrition categories like preworkouts, aminos, protein, test boosters and more.

Most recently however eFlow Nutrition just recently rolled out their very own Turkesterone supplement. Turkesterone as you likely already know is one of the hottest muscle building and fat burning ingredients of the year. While Turkesterone has been around in the supplement world for a number of years in muscle building and test boosting blends, in the past year or two it's really come into it's own as a popular stand alone supplemnt.

eFlow Nutrition's all new Turkesterone is called eFlow Turkesterone Natural Anabolic and it packs in 500mg of Ajuga Turkestanica Extract standardized to 10% to promote lean muscle gains, increased strength, improved sexual function, and improved muscle recovery. While there are Turkesterone supplements on the market with higher concentrations of Turkesterone per capsule, eFlow Nutrition recommends taking between 1 and 3 capsules per day, so if you max out the dosage your actually getting 1500mg of Turkesterone per day which is a pretty hefty dose. Even taking 2 caps per day or 1000mg of Turkesterone per day still gives you a full month supply out of this bottle.

This all new eFlow Nutrition Turkesterone Natural Anabolic is now available through the eFlow Nutrition website where you can grab yourself a 60 capsule bottle for just $44.99.

Mike O'Hearn's Titan Approved Gets a New Prostate Support Supplement

Titan Approved, the supplement brand which is a collaboration between BPI Sports and American Bodybuilder Mike O'Hearn has recently expanded into the overall overall health category of supplements with three new products including an Immune Support Formula, a single ingredient Vitamin C, and a prostate support supplement aptly named Titan Approved Prostate Support Maximum Strength.

Prostate Health is an important thing for males with 2 in 3 men experiencing prostate cancer or prostate problems throughout their lifetime. We've just learned about Mike O'Hearn's all new Prostate Support Maximum Strength, however unfortunately when we visit the website they don't list the supplement facts or ingredients, so we're not really sure what's in it. What this supplement aims to do however is support heart health, provide immune support, and as the name alludes to, support prostate health and sexual libido. We'll try to update this post or make a new one once we learn more about the formula behind Mike O'Hearn's Titan Approved Prostate Support Supplement.

Nutra Innovations All New Mass Construction Brings Together Turkesterone and Fadogia Agrestis

Nutra Innovations is a hardcore supplement brand which has put out a number of new muscle building supplements this past year which contains Turkesterone, along with a stand alone Turkesterone supplement. Well Nutra Innovations is at it again, this time with an all new Muscle Builder called Mass Construction which combines pretty much all of the hottest ingredients of the year by bringing together Turkesterone, Ecdysterone, Fadogia Agrestis and Tongkat Ali. You can checkout the full supplement facts panel below but the formula contains 1000mg of Turkesterone which is about double the dose of most Turkesterone supplements on the market. It contains a hefty dose of 600mg of Fadogia Agrestis, a little lower dosed than some other supplements on the market but a respectable dose, along with 300mg of Ecdysterone, 300mg of Tongkat Ali and 10mg of Bioperine Black Pepper for enhanced absorption and bioavailability.

We've seen some great test boosters and muscle builders come out in the last year including Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Testosterone 21 which brought together Fadogia and Tongkat Ali as well as Black Ox from Enhanced Supps which brought together Tongkat and Fadogia as well, however this is one of the most comprehensive and well dosed muscle builders slash test boosters we've seen all year long.

Those wanting to try out the all new Nutra Innovations Mass Construction can pickup a 120 capsule botle for $69.95 over at the Nutra Innovations website. While the price point on this product is slightly high, it's packed with muscle building and test boosting ingredients at proper dosages which is the reason for the price. A little tip for you, when it comes to Turkesterone and even more so Fadogia a lot of guys cycle it two weeks on two weeks off, so if you were to do so with Mass Construction you could stretch this out to a two month supply.

Performax Labs Teases a New Greens & Superfoods Supplement Coming Soon

The Hardcore Supplement Brand Performax Labs has been busy this year having undergone a complete rebranding and repackaging of their products, retiring a few products from their line and more recently rolling out an all new supplement with an all new pump supplement which will be dropping any day.

Well Performax Labs the past couple days has been teasing out another all new supplement in a category the brand hasn't delved into before, Performax recently announced on Instagram that they're rolling out an all new Greens & Superfoods supplement, though they haven't shared any information in terms of what's going to be in this product, the flavors that will be available, or a release date.

Greens and Superfoods supplements are a growing category of the supplement space, though Glaxon and their Super Greens supplement seem to be the leader in the space that everyone is gunning for. As we mentioned not much in the way of details has been released yet, however Performax is typically pretty good with their flavors so we're anxiously awaiting what they have in store with their all new Greens and Superfood product.
