Experience Quest Stacks: The Protein Bar That Changes with Every Bite

Quest Stacks Protein Bar

Quest Nutrition is making waves at this year’s Arnold Sports Festival, and one of the big highlights is its latest snack innovation: the Quest Stacks Protein Bar. While Quest is known for hits like the flagship Quest Bar, Candy Series Bars, Crispy, and Overload, this newest offering takes the concept of a protein bar to a whole new level—with layered textures and flavors that deliver a unique eating experience.

True to its name, the Quest Stacks Bar is built with multiple layers inside, each offering a distinct texture. You’ll find crispy puffed pieces, a dense and doughy chunk, and a thin, gooey layer on top—all wrapped in a hard, flavorful coating and finished with tasty drizzled squiggles. Every bite offers a little twist and turn for your taste buds, setting it apart from any other protein snack on the market.

Of course, the bar packs serious protein too. Each piece delivers 20 grams of protein—the same as a standard Quest Bar or Overload—making it ideal for fueling workouts or recovery. Beyond protein, the nutrition profile keeps it functional without sacrificing flavor: 28 grams of carbs (just 2–3 grams net carbs), 1 gram of sugar, no added sugar, 11 grams of fat, and 220 calories per bar.

The Quest Stacks Protein Bar is launching in three delicious flavors: Salted Caramel, Cinnamon Brown Sugar, and Brownie A La Mode, a decadent fudge, chocolate, and vanilla blend. Fans can grab a box of four for $10.99 or stock up with a 12-bar pack for $32.

With its innovative layers of texture and flavor combined with a solid nutritional profile, the Quest Stacks Bar is a protein snack that turns every bite into a fun, flavorful experience. Whether you’re a long-time Quest fan or just looking for a new way to enjoy protein, this bar delivers something different from start to finish.

Quest Brings Back Cheddar & Sour Cream Flavored Protein Chips

Quest Nutrition Cheddar & Sour Cream Protein Chips

Years back the functional food and supplement brand Quest Nutrition first dropped their crispy crunchy and incredibly tasty Quest Protein Chips in three flavors, at the time those flavors included BBQ, Cheddar and Sour Cream and Sea Salt. At some point over the years Quest did away with both the BBQ and Cheddar and Sour Cream flavors, and up until recently the flavor selections included Spicy Sweeet Chili Tortilla Style Chips, Chili Lime Tortilla Stle Chips, Nacho Cheese, and Ranch.

Well recently Quest brought back their BBQ flavored Protein Chip, however just this week we've learned Quest is also bringing back the OG flavor Cheddar & Sour Cream. The returning Cheddar & Sour Cream flavored protein chips will feature 19 grams of protein, 5 grams of carbs, less than a gram of sugar, 5 grams of fat, and a fairly lean 140 calories.

Fan of Quest Protein Chips wanting to get their hands on a bag can order a 12 pack of the returning flavor over at Amazon.Com for just $27.49 per 12 pack with Free Shipping for Prime Members.

Quest Nutrition Teases All New High Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Quest Nutrition High Protein Peanut Butter Cup

If you're a fan of the Quest Nutrition brand you'll likely remember a product from a few years back called Quest Cravings which was a tasty Peanut Butter Cup product. While that product was retired years ago, Quest is bringing back something similar, this time it's called Quest Nutrition High Protein Peanut Butter Cups.

Quest Nutrition High Protein Peanut Butter Cups will come two to a pack just like Reeces, however these will feature 11 grams of protein, 1 gram of net carbs, and less than a gram of sugar.

Since Quest already had a similar product out in the past we're guessing they've got the recipe down and these will be quite tasty. Quest hasn't told us when to expect these to become available, but we'd guess we'll likely see them sometime in the coming weeks.

5 Best Pumpkin Spice Flavored Protein Bars for October and Halloween

Top 5 Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars

You know what time of the year it is, Fall, October, and Halloween are all upon us, and this time of year people sure do love their Pumpkin Spice Lattes and all things Pumpkin Spice. For you health nuts and fitness enthusiasts out there, we've put together a list of 5 Pumpkin Spice flavored protein bars for your October after gym snacks.

1. Pumpkin Spice Cliff Bar

It's tough to go wrong with a Cliff Bar. Cliff Bars are a known and trusted brand of protein bars, and they have a tasty Pumpkin Spice flavor. These tasty bars are more a meal replacement or snack than a protein bar, though they do pack a decent 8 grams of protein per bar. Right now you can pick-up a 12 pack for $29.99 on Amazon.

2. Quest Pumpkin Pie Quest Bar

Quest bars are possibly the most popular Protein Bars on the market. People go absolutely nuts for Quest bars, and I have to admit the macros are pretty great packing a whopping 21 grams of protein with only 190 calories. Personally Quest isn't my favorite brand, I find them to be a little dense, but the flavor is decent and this is quite possibly not the only most popular protein bar, but one of the most popular and Pumpkin Fall themed flavors. You can pickup a 12 count for $25.99 on Amazon.

3. RX Bar Pumpkin Spice

Rx Bars are one of the hottest protein bars on the market. It's hard not to love the simplicity of the ingredients 3 egg whites, 6 almonds, 4 cashews, 2 dates, and No BS! This is a great tasting fall themed Pumpkin Spice protein bar. I will say if you don't like dates pass on this one, while the Pumpkin Spice flavor is great, you can definitely taste the dates as well. These bars come in a 12 pack for only $20 and change on Amazon, awesome buy.

4. Stoka Bar Pumpkin Spice

Stoka Bar isn't as widely known a bar as many of the other bars making this list, but they make a tasty Pumpkin Spice Bar. Stoka Bar is a keto friendly product, and while not super heavy in protein at 9 grams per bar this is a keto friendly product and a tasty take on Pumpkin Spice. These bars are well reviewed on Amazon and come in at  $23.92 on the site.

5. Think Protein Bar Pumpkin Spice

Many of you have probably never heard of Think Bars, but these are truly impressive. Packing 10 grams of protein and 150 calories and 5 grams of fat these bars are incredibly high protein, low cal, and not bad tasting considering the macros. These are a tasty way to build lean muscle. Best of all it's only $16.90 for a 10 box on Amazon.

Quest Nutrition Rolls Out New Ready to Drink (RTD) Protein Shake

New Quest Nutrition RTD Protein Shake

Hugely popular supplement and functional food brand Quest Nutrition has come out with another Ready to Drink (RTD) protein drink, however unlike most of the brands "functional foods", this is a protein drink. This all new supplement is available in three flavors, Chocolate, Vanilla, and Salted Caramel.

If you didn't catch the news or our post a week or two back, Quest Nutrition was purchased for a Billion Dollars by The Simply Good Foods Company, the company behind the Atkins Brand. This could be a sign of things to come ie more products from these combined two powerhouses.

This new shake from Quest has a whopping 30 grams of protein derived from milk concentrate, 3.5 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs and a gram of sugar with just 160 calories.

The Vitamin Shoppe will be one of the first to carry this new shake, however it should soon making be making the rounds everywhere. This product is selling for $10.99 for a pack of 4 which comes to $2.75 per shake.

I'll be honest, this seems like they are kind of copying Premier Protein, which is a RTD protein drink available at popular Big Box store Costco. I have to say while I probably will try Quest's version, Costco sells an 18 pack for $26, which comes to about $1.44 per pack and it has pretty much the same macros. If you're not a Costco member it also sells on Amazon for just a few bucks more.

None the less it is nice to see Quest continue to roll out new products in new categories as Quest does have it's die hard fans. If we get a chance to try this one we'll be sure to do a full review for you.
