5% Nutrition's Core Series Gets a New Fish Oil Supplement

5% Nutrition Fish Oil

In the past two years many traditional sports nutrition supplement brands have been entering into the single ingredient "Core" or "Basic" types of supplements. Redcon1 rolled out their Basic Training Series, Blackstone Labs rolled out their own, as did Axe & Sledge. 5% Nutrition is another brand who rolled out a Core Series of supplements that to date includes things like L-Citrulline, Nootropic, L-Glutamine, Energy, DIM, and Vitamin C among others.

Well 5% Nutrition just added an all new Fish Oil supplement to their Core series. This fish oil supplement includes Fish Oil and CLA 3600 packing in 2.5 grams of fihsh oil containing 860mg EPA and 630mg DHA. They've also added 3.6 grams of CLA 3600.

5% Nutrition's all new Fish Oil just dropped on the brands website where you can pickup a 120 softgel bottle for just $29.99.

Solimo (Amazon's Brand) Fish Oil Supplement Review

Solimo Fish Oil Supplement Amazon's Own Brand Review

There's been a lot of interest in Solimo Amazon's own homegrown brand of supplements. I'll be honest, from branding and ecom experts I'd expect some better and flashier branding, Solimo kinda sounds like Solimo to me. Getting past that however there's been a ton of interest in the brand and it's well reviewed on Amazon so we thought we'd knock out a review of Amazon's Fish Oil Supplement.

For starters Solimo Fish Oil has 186 4.5 Star reviews which is pretty decent and many users seem to really like the product. You can't beat the price either at just over $9 for 90 gummies. Users seem to like the no fish oil burbs and a tasty gummy form as opposed to drinking fish oil or even taking the capsules.

As you can see a serving is 2 gummies and contains 35 calories, 7 grams of carbs, 303mg of fish oil made up of 67mg DHA, 13mg EPA, and 93mg Total Omega 3's.

After taking them for a week I will say I'm a fan. The sugar content in these vitamins is a little high, however it is a gummy vitamin essentially so not surprising there. They come in a variety of flavors, taste great, and give you a respectable amount of fish oil. Now they

Personally I'm going to stick with Carlson's, however for someone who may otherwise not take fish oil having to drink it or even take capsules, I think Solimo's Fish Oil gummies could be a solid alterantive.
