New RX A.M. Oats (Protein Oatmeal) from the Company Behind the RX Bar

The company who makes the awesome Rx Bars has just gifted us with another convenient way to get our protein with another high protein snack. The functional food company RX has rolled out AM Oats, which is pre-packaged oatmeal in a bowl, along with a couple other wholesome nutritious ingredients. 

In similar fashion as their flagship bar, AM Oats is made with one egg white, nine almonds, one date, and a third of a cup of oats. Simple natural ingredients, gotta love that.

This new functional food will feature three flavors. We have Chocolate, as well as Apple Cinnnamon and Maple. All three flavors feature similar macros coming in around 12 grams of protein, 35 grams of carbs, and 9 grams of sugar along with 9 grams of fat and 250 calories.

This makes a great snack on the way to work, during the work day, or anytime you need a boost of protein. Simply add hot water or pop it in the microwave and you have a healthy, low calorie protein filled snack in minutes.
