Now when it comes to fat burners different products have different advantages. Some fat burners are great for energy, others for appetite suppression and others for thermogenesis. Shogun seems to check all the boxes and packs a heavy dose of stims making it one of the most stim heavy, if not the most stim heavy fat burners we've ever seen.
Taking a look at the supplement fact panel, which you can see for yourself below, we have 300mg of Caffeine Anhydrous which is an intense and fast acting form of caffeine. That's not all the caffeine however, they've also added 134mg of DiCaffeine Malate which is caffeine bound to malic acid and which tends to be slower release and easier on the stomach, however that still makes for 434mg of caffeine.
As if that wasn't enough stims they also added 200mg of Juglans Regia Extract from Walnut Kernel, essentially a form of DMHA, 200mg of Eria Jarensis, another powerful stimulant which gives users a euphoric feeling and positive sense of wellbeing, and for good measur ethey also threw in 200mg of Theobromine, 75mg of Higeamine, and 60mg of Hordenine. For the fat burning and appetite suppression component they added 200mg of Paradoxine branded Grains of Paradise.
While the focus of this fat burner is energy, stimulants have an appetite suppression effect so the appetite suppressin Shogun gives is powerful completely eliminating any cravings and easily letting you go all day without a meal if that's what you choose to do. While Apollon states that you can take an additional 2 capsules in the afternoon, my experience was that they aren't needed and a dose in the morning kept me going all day with no crash.
While this is an intense fat burner and is by no means suitable for beginners, for those who can tolerate stims it was surprisingly not jittery and there was no anxiousness despite the heavy amounts of stims in this formula.
