New Big Herc Fresh Out Pre-Workout Called Yard Time | With DMHA

Just noticed this, popular Youtuber and internet personality Big Herc, the muscled former prisoner and now motivational speaker and Youtuber has rolled out his very own Pre-Workout. It makes sense, he has created a strong brand, is incredibly popular on Youtube, Instagram, and online as a whole, and he's begun to get more into branding with his own lines of slides, tee shirts, and seemingly even a video production company.

Big Herc has also apparently expanded into the pre-workout and supplement market, which makes sense as he's a big fit guy. Just noticed a post on Instagram from late August where Big Herc was giving away a tub of his Fresh Out  Yard Time Pre-Workout in the prison themed Grape Pruno flavor. The first 5 people to send a video of them busting out 100 burpees got a free tub of Yard Time.

Now what's a little bit confusing is on Big Herc's website FreshOutSeries.Com he actually has two listings of two different looking pre-workouts. The one pictured in the Instagram post above can be found here, and sells for $39.99.

There's also another page on his site featuring another version or at least different packaging of Yard Time which shows $29.99 for a 40 serving tub in a Candy Pruno Watermelon Flavor.

It appears Big Herc's pre-workout is going to be available in 4 flavors, Orange Hooch, Tropical Pruno which is a pineapple mango flavor, and Candy Pruno which is a watermelon flavor.

Upon checking out the supplement facts we have a 6.5 gram scoop and approximately 40 servings per container. Right off the bat we have a bit of a negative, this is proprietary blend. Ideally we like to see a transparent label so we know things are appropriately dosed. This pre-workout seems to have some interesting ingredients for both fat burning and energy. We have Beta Alanine which gives the tingles and endurance, we have Caffeine, Garcinia Cambogia, L-Carnitine for fat burning and endurance, Raspberry Ketones for fat burning, and Green Coffee Extract for caffeine and energy. We also have Yohimbine which is an amazing energy ingredient.

One thing which really surprised me to see is 2-aminoisoheptane which is the chemical name for DMHA, a stimulant which the FDA is currently cracking down on and trying to ban. Many supplements are actually removing DMHA as an ingredient such as Metabolic Nutrition ESP Extreme which recently removed DMHA and upped their caffeine to 750mg per serving.

Overall this looks like an interesting pre-workout. It seems to be a pre-workout which strives to provide energy, focus, and fat burning capabilities. Unfortunately because of the non-transparent label we don't really know the breakdown of ingredients or whether things are appropriately dosed, however if they are it seems to be a unique and well rounded pre-workout.

Maybe we'll have to pick-up a tub and do a review.
