Rule1's Reveals "Roar", an All New Low Stim Cost Effective Preworkout Formula

 

Rule1 Protein, the brand best known for their high quality protein powders has just announced an all new preworkout supplement called Roar which is billed as a Ferocious Preworkout. What's most notable about Rule's all new Roar Preworkout is the price point, Roar will reportedly sell for around $24 per tub which is amazing news for those of us who've been beaten down by inflation and have had to cut back on our supplementation. 

While a lot of brands these days are upping the price of their preworkouts and rolling out Premium Preworkout supplements running over $60, there's not a ton of budget preworkouts on the market. While Roar isn't super high stim or even that heavily dosed in any particular ingredient, it definitely fills a niche. There's a lot of gym goers out there who use caffeinated amino supplements like Optimum Nutrition's Amino Energy or NutraBio's Amino Kick as preworkouts due to the moderate amount of stims. These days it can be difficult to find a preworkout with under 350mg of caffeine per serving. While energized aminos fit that bill, unfortunately they don't really contain any pump ingredients, any nootropics to improve focus or any ingredients to support hydration or recovery. 

This is where something like Rule1's Roar comes in. Roar packs 175mg of caffeine, enough to pack a bit of energy but nothing over the top for those of us who are stim sensitive. It also features 2 grams of citrulline along with a half gram of Arginine for pumps, a gram of creatine, 1.2 grams of Carnosyn branded Beta-Alanine, as well as an electrolyte mix, Tyrosine, and Betaine Anhydrous.

Rule1's all new Roar Preworkout will be available on the brands website in just a couple of days on June 5 and will roll out in five flavor options including Fruit Punch, Blue Razz, Lemon Lime, Peach Mango and Wild Grape.
