Gracie Amino is a Branched Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) supplement meant for recovery and hydration intra-workout as well as post workout. This formula contains the tried and true 2:1:1 amino ratio and contains 10,000mg amino acids, 8,000mg BCAA and 2,000mg Glutamine, along with 5mg of Vitamin B6.
