Ghost Levels Up Breakfast with Official Lucky Charms Protein Cereal

Ghost Official Lucky Charms Cereal

Ghost has been on a crazy run lately when it comes to collabs, and honestly, nobody is shocked anymore. Once they teamed up with General Mills to drop that light and crunchy protein cereal, you could pretty much see the future. If they had access to the entire General Mills flavor vault, it was only a matter of time before we started seeing some nostalgic heavy hitters show up in Ghost’s lineup.

We already saw it earlier this year with Count Chocula Ghost Whey and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal collab, both of which hit that childhood memory button in the best way. And now Ghost is doubling down with something fans are going to recognize right away. They’re taking their Marshmallow Protein Cereal and giving it a full-blown Lucky Charms makeover, complete with those sweet, colorful cereal pieces everyone used to pick out of the box first.

What makes this drop fun is that the base flavor you already know stays the same, but now it’s loaded with all eight shapes of actual Lucky Charms cereal for that extra crunch and nostalgia kick. It’s the kind of thing that turns a high-protein breakfast into a little kid moment, but somehow still fits your macros.

The macros themselves stick to the original formula: 17 grams of protein from milk protein concentrate and caseinate, 16 grams of carbs, 10 grams of added sugar, 5 grams of fat, and 170 calories per 41 gram serving. Same nutrition, way more magic.

Ghost is releasing the Lucky Charms Protein Cereal first through their website this coming Monday, with a wider retail rollout planned early in the new year. If you’re a cereal lover or just want a fun switch-up for your morning routine, this one feels like an easy win.
