In today's post I wanted to do a review of Sylly brand's Psyllium Husk. There's nothing new about supplementing with Psyllium Husk, and honestly, it's not the sexiest product out there, but Sylly has managed to make Psyllium Husk not only a lot more convenient, but a lot more Sylly, and a lot more fun.
You may recall from childhood seeing your grandma with a tub of MetaMucil, yep that's Psyllium Husk. Psyllium Husk is a supplement which promotes regularity ie pooping on a regular schedule, along with digestive support and gut health. It's also great for those who are intermittent fasting as it not only helps keep you regular, but keeps you feeling full without breaking a fast, as Psyllium Husk doesn't cause an insulin spike.
Sylly is a newer supplement brand which put out an unflavored Psyllium Husk powder, however what makes it unique is the packaging, it comes in single serving packets instead of a big tub making it easier and more convenient to bring your fiber with you on the go. Simply add it to a bottle of water, drink it, and enjoy the sense of fullness and regularity.
I recently had a chance to try Sylly Psyllium Husk packets and wanted to bring you all a review. So first off, I think gut health is one of the most underrated areas of health. Not only does gut health effect how you eat and digest food, but also how you feel. In addition to that gut health plays a role in your overall health and the health of many other areas of your body, so it's important to keep a healthy gut.
I just recently finished up a two weeks cycle of Sylly Psyllium Husk and I feel amazing. I've recently started intermittent fasting ie only eating during an 8 hour window of the day and fasting the other 16 hours. I really enjoy fasting much better with Sylly. Prior to taking Psylly I would sometimes feel hungry and my stomach would be rumbling and grumbling at work which is sort of embaressing as I worry people think I'm farting, I'm not farting I swear. Anyhow, after two weeks of taking Sylly it keeps me feeling full and keeps my stomach from rumbling while not breaking my fast which is awesome.
I've also noticed increased regularity and just a better overall feeling. I never really had digestive problems but certain foods might cause me a little discomfort or I might occasionally feel bloated, I'm feeling great following my two week cycle of Sylly Psyllium Husk and will definitely continue taking it.
Those of you wanting to try Sylly can buy it on Amazon.Com for $13.99 with Free Shipping for Prime Members. You can also buy Sylly from BestPriceNutrition.Com for $13.99, and you can save an additional 10% OFF when you use coupon code "RIP10" at checkout.
