It was announced yesterday that Pepsi Co and VPX Sports, maker of the popular Bang Energy Drinks formed an exclusive partnership alliance in which PepsiCo will exclusively distribute Bang Energy Beverages in the USA.
Bang Energy CEO Jack Owoc said "The combined power of our two organizations will be a meteoric partnership - one for the beverage history books."
Bang was introduced back in 2012 and is carried in more than 200,000 outlets in the USA with products designed to provide functional benefits to the next generation of energy consumers. VPX was founded in 1993 with one main goal in mind, to produce the highest grade university proven sports supplements and performance beverages in the world.
What does this mean for the future of Bang? Well, at the very least distribution should increase so while Bang is more readily available today than ever before, if you're someone who struggles to find Bang at your local gas stations or stores, it should begin being carried more widely.
