Redcon1 has announced an all new flavor of it's B.A.R. cereal bars. Currently B.A.R. is available in 4 flavor options including Rainbow Breakfast, Crunchy Cinnamon Bits, Fruity Cereal, and Choco Crisps. Redcon1 has announced an all new flavor, Apple Blast, which will round out the flavor choices to 5. This all new flavor is currently shown on the brand's website, however it won't be available for purchase until Friday.
The all new Apple Blast B.A.R. will have 20 grams of protein just like the rest of the flavors, along with 20 carbs, 4 grams of fat, and 190 calories.
