Earlier this summer EHP Labs rolled out The Lust Protein Bar from down in Australia. EHP markets this tasty protein bar as a healthy but sinfully tasty snack for fitness enthusiasts. This tasty snack bar comes in 4 flavors including Caramel White Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Honeycomb, and 5 Texture Cake.
Lust Protein Bars aren't just tasty, they also pack a pretty impressive nutritional prifle including 18 grams of protein, 3.4 grams of carbs, 2.6 grams of sugar from fruit paste, 6.8 grams of fat, 6.5 grams of fiber and only 212 calories.
The protein in the Lust Bar comes from 4 sources, Whey Isolate, Milk Concentrate, Hydrolyzed Collagen, and Calcium Caseinate.
Now the reason for this post, I recently had a chance to try these bars and while Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch Bars still take the cake for being my favorite tasting protein bar, the things are darn near candy bars, these come in a close second and are a heck of a lot healther.
