We recently had a chance to test out and review Muscle Tech's relatively new protein cookies. I was a bit hesitant going into this as I'm admittedly not a huge fan of the brand's protein bars.
I have to say I was pretty impressed after trying it. While it is dense, the texture is still good and has that soft baked cookie texture. It tastes great and doesn't have a strong chemical or protein aftertaste. Personally I actually prefer it to Quest Nutrition's Protein Cookies.
The cookie is pretty large in size and fairly filling as a snack between meals or after the gym. These cookies have 350 calories, 18 grams of protein, 49 carbs, and 9 grams of fat.
