Supplement brand NutraOne, the makers of the incredibly popular Protein Creations has reformulated their BCAA supplement called AminoOne. AminoOne has had the formula changed to pack even more servings per tub, with slightly less BCAAs per serving. AminoOne now features 5 grams of aminos per serving as opposed to the previous formula which contained 9 grams.
AminoOne has also had electrolytes added to help with recovery and hydration. They've also cut out the Taurine, Glutamine, and HICA which were in the previous formulation.
